Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for effective implementation and execution of sales directives while maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. Working with the management team, this position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Improve the accounts systems, processes and policies in support of performance.

Responsibilities by Function

  • Report to CEO.
  • Play a significant role in annual planning, including an initiative geared toward outstanding performance with healthy accounts.
  • Plan, organize and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly team seminars.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration:
    • Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related support functions.
    • Participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
    • Serve as a member of management team by enhancing communications among departments.
    • Keep management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
  • Team Management:
    • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
    • Communicate job expectations.
    • Train and mentor staffs in accounts management requirements.
    • Develop personal growth opportunities and motivate staffs.
    • Coordinate and supervise analyst’s daily work results.
    • Enforce procedures and policies.
  • Customer Maintenance:
    • Evaluate customer credit.
    • Coordinate Analyst’s daily work with accounts.
    • Monitor daily account transactions and account receivables.
    • Require corresponding operational improvement.
    • Maintain and enhance customer relationships.

Risk Management

  • Oversee possible bad debt on reserve.

Required Qualifications

  • Commitment to social justice and the mission.
  • Knowledge and experience in performance management implementing.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Persuasive with details and facts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and+ Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years related industry experience.

Analyst

The Analyst role is perfect for an individual who wants to play a significant role in the health and growth of the company.

Responsibilities by Function

  • Report to Accounts Manager.
  • Handle transaction documents (SC, INV, BL etc.) on a daily basis.
  • Follow-up on receivable details (Collections, AR etc.) and prepare monthly aging report to balance healthy accounts globally.
  • Track overdue accounts and update risk accounts report quarterly.
  • Respond to customers’ representatives.
  • Collaborative work with Assistant on any customized requirements that need support from suppliers.
  • Collaborative work with Project Specialist on technical requirements from customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Extraordinary organization skills - must be obsessed with being organized (please do not apply if this is not an area of strength for you!)
  • Light bookkeeping skills and a general understanding of accounting principles.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
